Myrtle Beach Sailing School does not offer sailing courses for children that are 15 & under. Please see below for juniors sailing opportunities offered within a two hour drive or less from Myrtle Beach.
Parents:
It has been our experience that the days can be long for kids, 9am - 5pm, and we recommend you opt for one of the below camps/sailing opportunities versus our ASA programs. These camps typically break up their days for resting, food and fun!

South Carolina Maritime Museum – Georgetown, SC
About the Camp:
- Camp sessions are 1/2 days, Monday - Friday.
- Registration fee includes a US Sailing coursebook, a skills logbook and a camp T-shirt. Returning sailors who show up with their text book and red skills log book from last year’s camp will receive a $10 gift certificate for the Museum gift shop.
- Camp will be held at the SC Maritime Museum.
- Sailboats will put in at the City docks beside the museum.
- There will be 6-10 campers per session.

About the Camp:
- Hobcaw Yacht Club invites your children ages 8 to 17 to participate in our summer sailing camp for all levels of sailing. This camp is a two-week camp and you can select additional weeks. The camp is a half-day class in the morning or afternoon.
